Description
While the executive management floor is reconsidered, the main objective is to strengthen the connection between atrium of the meticulously designed building receiving the sun at maximum to the inner courtyards and the entrance part of the floor. While the connection between the triangular formed inner atrium which has openings to the outside air, and the entrance of the floor is strengthened, the reception counter and the waiting area designed in connection with it. It is also aimed to open this area to the inner atrium, having spacious and maximum penetrated natural light into the building. Existing triangular circulation lines are followed and aimed to strengthen, while the atrium is to be perceived from the first moment of entering the executive floor. The other purpose is to reveal the valuable and antique pieces in the bank archive and to relocate them as a landmark of interior.
Each element that is articulated to the triangular form is also produced in a triangular form, so
that both the circulation lines and the desired spaces are aimed to be fluid and functional. While
the executive management floor is reconsidered, the main objective is to strengthen the

institution, its structure that never hesitates to make courageous investments.
Reflecting the balance of forces coming from the existing structure of the building, the triangle form transforms to a prism and left its mark on the space. The investments of the NCB institution brings efficiency and abundance to the Middle East, where gives. lifeline credits and plays an important role in its development, and also the neighboring. countries with hot and dry climate conditions, which are represented by the green light stretching at the center of boardroom. While the green light symbolizes fertility, nature and green gushing from the dry soil on the one hand, it also depicts the green that forms NCB corporate identity. As a result, the 24th floor re-design, the executive management. floor of the NCB Headquarters Building, is aimed to represent the power of functionality, simplicity and clear forms.
