Description

Kadikoy Culture and Arts place is developed by paying attention to the historical texture of Kadıköy, one of the most dynamic districts of Istanbul, and its relationship with the coast and the Bosphorus, aims to become one of the valuable social life centers of Istanbul on an urban scale. History was respected by the fact that the tribunes did not turn their backs on the Haydarpasa Train Station. Located in the most crowded and busiest part of the city, the area is close to the transportation network and in a very accessible location.

The commercial space requirements in this valuable location at the South entrance of the Bosphorus are met with containers that refer to cargo ships. 6 containers at the entrance of the area; While ticket sales - office - health unit and backstage functions are reserved, there are 6 commercial and 2 WC containers in the rest of the area. Telescopic or portable tribunes were deemed appropriate while providing flexible space usage with the help of mobile systems. While preparing the temporary structure, retractable tent systems were researched as a second suggestion and studies were started on the applicability of the existing area. Infrastructure and feasibility drafts have been prepared for the project, which will provide a new meeting point and a contemporary venue for the city.
