Description
Creating a sincere and transparent design such as considering the traditional architectural character within a modern and simple point of view and characteristic features of domestic dwellers is the principle objective of the project. Building shells composed of the integration of the materials such as the stone, wood, glass, and concrete are inter- preted in different ways. Roofs are transformed into large eaves to create wide shadow areas against the high temperature climate conditions and large transparent facades. Wood is used at terraces, eaves and facades to balance and warm the integration of the materials; concrete, stone and glass. The lot area is divided into two differ- ent defined gardens. These gardens are connected to each other for common use. One of the divided. gardens is designed as a kids playing area which provides the parents to watch the kids comfortably.
